Last week, I wrote about career encouragement and I wanted to follow up on that topic today. As part of my business, I train and consult with candidates on how to interview. I have noticed recently that the attitudes of the candidates I am working with is at an all time low. Don’t get me wrong, I know times are tough, but I will tell you, you will have a much harder time getting a job if you have a negative attitude. You can not change what happened and you can not control what will happen in the future. The only thing that you can control is your attitude. I read a couple of good article about this today at lunch, while I was looking for a little pick me up myself.
